The dismantling of the "Matrix" platform has increased the hopes for the clarification of some of the criminal events in Albania.
Journalist Trashgim Sokolaj, invited to "360 Degrees", said that the areas where this application is most likely to have been used are Tirana, Elbasani, Fushë Kruja and Shkodra.

According to him, the orderers stay there, while the contract killers are in Albania and are paid for the crimes they undertake.
" They are Tirana, Elbasani, Fushë Kruja up to Fushë Kuqe and Shkodra, these are the hotspots, which we must take into account, there is a logical connection between these downed platforms. Very cleverly the underworld is shifting to some other platform. There are some criminal events, for which there is data, that were ordered or paid for by platforms that stay in Dubai, while the wing and the paid killers are here and the communication is done through these platforms , "he said.
