Aulon Kalaja, candidate for deputy of the Democratic Party in the May 11 elections, activist, journalist, on a dinner show, a short while ago, took it upon himself to tell a real anecdote that, according to him, had happened to Edi Rama with Donald Trump.
It is about an event in December 2024, one month after Trump's victory in the presidential elections, during the inauguration event of the Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris, rebuilt after the 2019 fire. An event that was also attended by Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama and his wife Linda, invited by Emmanuel Macron.
According to Kalasa, at the official dinner for heads of state, Edi Rama, sitting at the dinner table, had removed the silk napkin and folded it, placing it on the table, and was about to get up from his chair. But he could not even move a millimeter, when one of Donald Trump's bodyguards told the Albanian prime minister: Sit down, eat your bread, don't look left or right, and don't you dare get up for any reason. Not even to go to the bathroom.
Kalaja emphasized in his statement to the panel that he had this whole story from a reliable source in the staff of the President of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani. Without a very clear reference, but a circle with Kompas did.
Last night at Fevziu, DP MP Belind Këlliçi again cited sources in President Vjosa Osmani's staff to say that Donald Trump had inadvertently met Edi Rama, confusing him with a President or Prime Minister of another country.
Meanwhile, Sali Berisha declared today that in the corridors, Edi Rama has been subjected to insults and attacks, to the point of making his back softer than his stomach.

A kind of genre of stories, where there is neither Snow White and the Witch, nor Cinderella's dwarf, but generally revolves around Vjosa Osmani's "staff", or even Susie Wiles, the White House chief of staff, whom the American media has described as the "Ice Maiden", with a slur "Ice Girl".
Which, the "Ice Girl" according to some anecdotes that have been told without customs by the doctor's cronies and associates, has threatened Edi Rama several times, whenever the latter has approached the President's perimeter. According to them, she did it when Vice President Vance was the star of the Munich Conference a year ago, she did it in Paris at the Notre Dame dinner (where the poor Esmeralda was absent), and at some other events.
The spontaneous question that arises, beyond the excitement that all this crazy fantasy produces, is: Why do they say all these things, is there anything, if not true, possible?
Now, such a fantasy, of bringing up scenarios with dismissals, imprisonment, hostage-taking, or even blockades, could also be the offspring of the subconscious, as Freud said.
However, to see this problem more clearly, it must be said that the problem lies elsewhere. In reality, the Democratic Party, alias Sali Berisha, with Donald Trump's victory in the White House in November 2024, set itself the goal of strongly lobbying people close to him to remove his Non Grata, and to harm Edi Rama as much as possible.
In fact, it is not the first time that Sali Berisha has done this work. In 2005, it was Damir Fazlic's lobbying that brought him closer to important image and lobbying companies in the Republican administration of President George Bush (the younger).
In 2011, the DP paid a fortune to the powerful Podesta company, a close associate of Hillary Clinton, to improve the image of his power, to find an accessible contact in Washington's chancelleries, to damage the image of his opponent Edi Rama, and to advise the electoral campaign.
Podesta's lobbying really brought success to the DP, after Berisha went to meet Clinton at the State Department, the Secretary of State came to Tirana and spoke very good words about Berisha's government. Let's not forget that it was at that time that after January 21, Sali Berisha passed the class, also taking the phrase "statesman". After all, this is an old story where Snow White was Hillary, whom in 2016, both Berisha and his people turned Snow White into a witch who ate children in a pizzeria in New York, who was killed by the orange man.
Let's come to the present time. When Donald Trump won, Sali Berisha and his followers all saw giant victory displays at the Convention Center in Palm Beach, Florida on November 6, 2024.
At that big party, Donald Trump had a long thank you to the two young people who held leadership positions in the MAGA campaign: Susie Wiles and Chris Lacivita.
All the people close to Berisha with access (and a visa) to the US rushed to Washington and played bingo.
They managed to agree on an electoral advisor and lobbying consultant, Chris Lacivita, whom the opposition media portrayed as the "electoral wizard" of Donald Trump's victory, who made the impossible possible.
The truth was quite different: Lacivita is actually an experienced consultant in the Republican campaign, even since the time of the young Bush. And with not bad results, since he specialized in areas where the Latino vote prevailed, that is, citizens of Latin American origin. Who in the case of Donald Trump's second victory proved to be very decisive. He rightly received the thanks of the boss, while only Susie-"Ice Maiden" entered the White House.
Who had been campaigning for a long time with Lacivita, and this relationship was considered key in the doctor's exoneration, as well as his victory in the elections. In fact, the latter was more of an inertia, since for the DP, the removal of Non Grata was considered the real victory.
As is known, La Civita arrived with great fanfare, accompanied by Fatmir Mediu, he appeared briefly in the DP campaign, but was told that he would perform a miracle. Which of course was not claimed in Tirana, but in Washington. As I learned earlier, a full 6 million American dollars were publicly paid for this operation!!!
A lot, in fact. This was the reason that legends like Ice Maiden and Edi Rama came from Washington, who, together with the "Nonat" of fabrication, would turn into a potpourri of amateur pop music, lasting not just 6 months but even more.
So, more seriously: In all likelihood, but without referring to Vjosa Osmani's staff, from the Magician that Edi Rama baptized as Latif, such emails may have come: We are working hard, we are close, Susie has shown you the place, etc. etc. In other words, there is no doubt that materials from lobbyists have arrived in the offices of Congress, the State Department, or even the White House, whether for Sali Berisha or Edi Rama.
Although they have had no effect at all in removing the stain of Berisha, it is likely to have created a constellation of opinions more vocally, regarding the Trump administration's relationship with Edi Rama's government.
Who, on the other hand, not only had worked for four years with the Trump administration of the first term, had close relations with Richard Grenell, one of the important associates and advisors, as well as with the President's son-in-law, Jared Kushner, and his daughter Ivanka, who have visited Albania several times. Where they have also launched an investment project in partnership with several global corporations and the Albanian state.
So, little Albania became a kind of competition between the people of the "court of the King of Orange".
From the opposition circles, not only MPs and panelists, but also spin doctors working with overseas think tanks, bombarded the narrative that Trump does not keep Ivanka close, the son-in-law that he has brought into the staff, while he has let Grenell go, leaving him on the periphery. He only asks the "Ice Cinderella" who decides everything.
The climax was the end of the following year when they gave a deadline of December 25th for the apocalypse to happen. There were two or three scenarios: Either the Marines in the prime minister's office, or an arrest in Washington, or a black name that is kept secret.
Edi Rama, it seems, gave you material when he hosted Ivanka Trump in Tirana, and was absent in Davos when there was an advance of the signing of the Peace Board. "It was hidden in Vjosa Osmani's protocol," said the main man of the family media. And last night Vjosa Osmani spoke herself, after her and Edi Rama's meeting with Trump. But again, he did not convince them, the anecdotes continue….
