Speaker of Parliament Lindita Nikolla has expelled MP Flamur Noka from the session, after he lit a cigarette in the Assembly.
MP Noka refused to leave the hall, while Nikola reminded him twice of this decision. Noka also clashed with the Guard who tried to take the smokers from their hands.
It was his colleague, Albana Vokshi, who held the cigarettes in her hands and refused to give them to the guard, giving them to Noka.
It is not yet known how the smokers got inside the Assembly hall, after the guard checked the bags of the deputies, a scenario used in other sessions.
Although the situation in the Assembly does not resemble those usual sessions, the socialists have continued with the agenda, where they have continued with their speeches, despite facing the protest of the opposition.
The opposition MPs repeated the scenario of chaos in the Assembly. They went about 1 hour before the start of the session and clashed with the Guard. The latter has checked the door to prevent smokers from entering. For a moment, there was tension between Flamur Noka, as he was not allowed to enter due to unfavorable conditions according to Grada.
