The Order of Dentists of Albania has reacted again to the death of 3-year-old Brian Spahiu, after the intervention to fix his teeth in a private clinic in Tirana.
In a post on the official website, the Order of Dentists has requested from the dentist who performed the dental treatment on the 3-year-old, all the data of the treatment applied to him.
USSH also requests the treatment protocol that was applied to the deceased child Brian Spahiu, graffiti before and after treatment, while emphasizing that the treating dentist urgently ensure contacts with the secretariat of the USSH Tirana Region.
Furthermore, USSH informs that "there is still no knowledge of the name of the dentist who performed the dental intervention of the child and this lack of the name of the treating dentist, the absence in the media and the non-appearance in the offices of the Order of Dentists of Albania is inexplicable and penalizing ".

The Order of Dentists of Albania publicly and officially requests from the dentist who performed the dental treatment, all the data of the treatment, including the treatment protocol that was applied to the deceased child Brian Spahiu, graffiti before and after the treatment, etc., according to the requirements of the Disciplinary Commission that was raised specifically for this issue. The treating dentist should urgently ensure contacts with the secretariat of the USSH Tirana Region.
The Order of Dentists of Albania is still unaware of the name of the dentist who performed the dental intervention of the child, and this lack of the name of the treating dentist, absence in the media and non-appearance in the offices of the Order of Dentists of Albania is inexplicable and penalizing.
Until now, the Order of Dentists of Albania has followed very closely the resuscitator Prof. Xhaxho, for whom we have no comment, but for Prof. Xhaxho it would be very necessary, legal, ethical and correct that in his media appearance it would be together with the dentist who did the treatment as in any other similar and symmetrical case.
The Order of Dentists of Albania has the legal and statutory duty to be informed in detail by the dentist who performed the dental intervention, while it still does not have a concrete name.
We remind you that the minor underwent a dental intervention in this clinic on September 28, and after the appearance of complications in the evening of this date, he died on October 1, while he was admitted to the hospital.
The event became public on October 5, where the parents publicly denounced the doctor, accusing him of being the cause of the 3-year-old's death. They stated that an overdose of narcosis was the cause of the child's death.
