The Deputy of the Democratic Party Ilda Dhori has declared that Lulzim Basha cannot bring about the unification of the Democratic Party.
Regarding the return of the former chief democrat Lulzim Basha to the head of the DP, she says that Basha will not strengthen the party.
" I preferred to engage with the campaign with grassroots Democrats without getting involved in any part. The return of Basha is one thing that seals the division of the DP. Basha cannot be conceived as the one who can unite the rest of the democrats. I do not believe that the return of Basha will strengthen or make this faction of the party more reliable. If we had a man who would instill confidence ", said the MP for "Report.tv".
Also, Ilda Dhori spoke about the former Prime Minister Berisha who said that she does not believe in Berisha's success.
" Even today, I believe that Berisha will bring victory, but he should have a role in opening and reforming the DP. in these moments, there is an important role of the unification of the DP ", says Dhori.
The presidency of the Democratic Party decided to open the race for the new president, which will be held on July 29, while the candidacies will be submitted until June 20.
