Analyst Mentor Nazarko stated that the numerous criticisms of SPAK during this period are justified.
He stated that Fatmir Xhafaj's reaction to the Erion Veliaj case was delayed, as he is one of the co-authors of the Justice Reform and should have implemented the ethical side.
" The Justice Reform that produced several institutions did not have a set of legal and constitutional changes that had a model. There was a power over a certain model and it was implemented word for word. It was an improvisation that relied on previous models, somewhere greater courage, somewhere experimentation of a small-state terrain, which could then be followed as a model throughout the Balkans. So did Mr. Xhafaj, who is one of the co-authors, and this is also from an ethical point of view, why he reacted later than the others despite his close relationship with Mr. Veliaj. This is what is worrying, given this new institutional constitutional reality, which is producing both problems and successes that have led Albania towards the EU. It must be said what is special is that another lawyer who belongs to the right wing and he converges with Xhafaj. Even Ylli Manjani converges the masses towards Veliaj.
"So, there is a tendency to criticize it, which I think is justified. We have underlined that our entire constitutional system is dehumanized, that is, there is no respect for human life. Even the Justice Reform itself, with this transitional period that is lasting so long, has created a mountain of files related to human life ," Nazarko said on the "Real Story" show.
