The DP MP, Flamur Noka, tried to set fire to the stack of chairs they collected at the start of the session in the middle of the Assembly hall. The Guard immediately intervened and neutralized him.

This plenary session lasted only 17 minutes. After tensions and chaos in the Assembly hall, where the opposition protested, Speaker Lindita Nikolla announced the closing of the session.
