The Tirana Court has rejected Florenc Çopja's request to vote. The decision was given by Judge Ina Hoxhaj. Florenc Çopja had approached the Court to obtain the right to vote, a request that was rejected.
Florenc Çapja, sentenced to life imprisonment, was extradited from Dubai a few days ago.
The 44-year-old is accused by SPAK and the Elbasan Court of having ordered 3 murders. Florenc Çapja, together with his uncle Ardian Çapja, who is the leader of the well-known criminal group of the Çapja of Elbasan, are sentenced to life imprisonment by a final decision of the Appeals Court of the Republic of Albania for the murder of father and son, Nezir and Gentian Beqiri in 2012.
