The Health Care Services Operator has dismissed doctor Sinan M., whose case was reported on the "Stop" show where he sexually harassed a patient.
"The Health Care Services Operator (OSHKSH) announces that, following the publication of footage on the "STOP" show, which shows inappropriate actions and communications in the premises of Family Medicine Center No. 10, Tirana, the immediate measure of relieving doctor SM from duty has been taken.
"The decision was made in accordance with the Labor Code and the Internal Regulations of the OSKSH, which determine that any behavior that seriously violates professional ethics and the principles of good faith constitutes a serious disciplinary violation and leads to the immediate termination of the employment relationship," OSKSH announced.
We recall that Dr. Sinan M. sexually harassed a patient. During the video broadcast during the show, he continued with behavior that exceeded the professional doctor-patient relationship.
The doctor made comments with erotic content, physically harassed her, made invitations with sexual implications, and tried to create an intimate situation, seriously violating professional ethics.
