Lawyer Spartak Ngjela, analyzing the ongoing negotiations between SP and DP, also revealed who wins from this majority-reestablishment agreement.
In an interview for the show "Breaking" on 'Top Channel', Ngjela said that Lulzim Basha will benefit from this move. According to the lawyer, all the loyal democrats will not be able to honor an agreement with Rama and therefore will move to Basha's Democratic Party.
He further added that the biggest mistake in PD was made by Berisha by creating a re-establishment movement which, according to him, then divided the party. According to Njjela, Berisha created Reestablishment to escape SPAK, as he emphasized that Berisha forgot that SPAK is in the hands of the Americans.
" Will they sit at a table with the majority? If they sit, this is positive, but let's see what they will communicate, words or high-level political reasons. They will give Basha more opportunities. Politics in Albania is passionate. The political conflict is enmity and now those DP ultras are watching this movement and will go to Basha. This is the story. The main issue was that DP should not be divided. Saliu entered the game in vain with the spirit of "Reestablishment". It was an individual request. He thought that 'I will use patina to save myself', but how would he save himself from SPAK, no one understands, that Spak is not run by us, but by Washington and the EU. They finance it, to save us from corruption.
The problem is that Saliu's only hope is a 'meeting' and it makes them come out in the square, to overthrow the regime, what does this have to do with it? Taking power is the union of the DP. How does it join? They do not understand from politics that they are passionate about UNIN, politics does not accept this, politics brings out a new team, which has internal agreements. It is not done like this, we need a political movement with uncorrupted figures. These figures will not be enemies, but their strength regroups them" , answered the lawyer.
