Protest

After speeches in front of the Prime Minister's Office, protesters march on the main boulevards of the capital, repeating calls for the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama.

After finishing their speeches in front of the Prime Minister's Office building, the protesters began marching through the streets of Tirana, extending the 43rd day of the rally to the main axes of the capital.

With national flags and banners in their hands, citizens are peacefully moving along the "Martyrs of the Nation" boulevard, chanting slogans against the government and demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama. The march is being accompanied by numerous State Police forces, which have taken measures to ensure the smooth conduct of the rally and the orientation of road traffic.

Earlier, during the protest, citizens and activists gave speeches from the podium set up in front of the Prime Minister's Office. Activist Luciana Koka declared that the protesters will not back down, claiming that they have faced pressure and attempts at intimidation, while stressing that the movement will continue until its objectives are achieved.

Citizens from the diaspora and foreigners in Albania also spoke at the rally. A tourist from Sweden called on protesters not to give up, stating that "you are the majority, they are the minority," while a young Albanian woman living in Italy expressed her support for the protest and called on citizens to continue their resistance.

During the protest, there were also accusations from participants about the way public funds were used in various state projects, while the organizers reiterated that the protests will continue in the coming days.

The march is taking place under increased security measures, and no incidents have been reported so far. Organizers have stated that the protest will continue at the same pace in the coming days, insisting on their demands for political change and the removal of Prime Minister Edi Rama.
