The Supreme State Control is an agency with credibility among the best in the country. And when you see that some deputy wants to intimidate the high controllers of the state to the point of insult, trying to liquidate their independence, you say: How is that possible?
The high control of the state, an agency with public credibility, but which must publicly denounce by name and surname the thieves who hide as naive and simply incompetent abusers!
In the framework of the reports that are made in the Parliament of Albania, the High State Audit was also presented.
There is no place to discuss that the entire public opinion in Albania and Albanians all over the world are vitally interested in the activity and exercise of duty by this agency, which according to the Constitution is an independent body.
Where does this interest appear? It is enough to measure the degree of interest in the data readings that KLSH reports have when they are published on online platforms to understand this.
It is not accidental. The scandals that have involved senior administrators and central and local politicians related to scandalous abuses of public money, make the expectations of the public opinion towards KLSH very high.
When you read these reports published on the KLSH website or in the media, the question arises? What are these monsters that steal and cheat on taxpayers' money and rob the national wealth? What are these monsters that have such a low performance in their work and graze on the public finances, pouncing on them like jackals?

And when you see that some deputy wants to intimidate the high controllers of the state to the point of insult, trying to liquidate their independence, you say: How is that possible? Instead of the deputies encouraging the activity of KLSH, to become stricter, more direct, more revealing, they do the opposite, that is, there are some of them who seek to destroy it! This has only one explanation, they are put in the role of militants who defend the abuses of parts of the administration and those officials who call them as militants of their party, perhaps because they think that the looted, wasted money was used for militant purposes, or because they misunderstand their role as MPs.
Let's not forget that KLSH operates today under very difficult conditions. The media finds it difficult, if not impossible, to do investigations. Political parties and MPs in the Assembly make nonsense, but their credibility is low. It is impossible for the citizen to find data and information received from the administration. The internal control of the administration itself is very low. Even himself, the head of SPAK complains that there are no denunciations of corruption coming from within the administration. Employees are either afraid to report or are indifferent, or do not want to risk their workplace, or there are quite a few of them who are themselves corrupt.
Under these conditions, conscientious MPs, uncorrupted intellectuals, public opinion should not lose their temper and should support any control and audit of the KLSH on anyone and at any time.
The disgusting voices according to which we do not open the doors to KLSH and SPAK are nothing more than spokespersons for the corrupt parts of society. It is enough that they close the door to the KLSH to say that this is an indication that the fish stinks from the head and the tail.
The creation of the subcommittee that will audit the finances and performance of KLS in the Assembly of Albania cannot be prejudged. But, if this subcommittee pokes its nose into the independence of KLSH, intimidates, pressures, insults KLSH, then this would be a serious assassination against those officials - controllers who sacrifice to give us even a little light from the way they are managed our money, our national wealth.
Let's not forget that these controllers act in the conditions when they are opposed to the abuses of strong people wearing power and with connections in a corrupt part of private interests.
Strongly supporting KLSH, I have two suggestions as a matter of friendship, why not criticism: Where there has been abuse, not only the head of that agency in question should be held responsible, let it be an agency of angels - devils or devils dressed as angels. A thief is a thief. But even the person who has benefited or abused being under the boss's umbrella has serious criminal responsibility.
Second, I pray that the abusers in public do not name them with initials, but with names and surnames, in capital letters, let them remove themselves that they are Einstein, pure, clodlevistros, or whatever they want. A thief is a thief! I'm not saying to put them on a podium in the center of Tirana, or to walk them naked with their hands tied with a rope to the pedestrian crossing that connects the main boulevard of Tirana with Elbasan Street, stripping them naked in front of people, but with first name and last name should be taken out.
And the last, friendly, there is no abuse so that it is not theft. Call the cat a cat and the dog a dog!
They are not abusive, they are infidels!
