Less than 1.4 million inhabitants?!

Taking for granted the figure certified by Celibashi of 1.4 million participants, it can be calculated that about 650 thousand adult residents did not participate in the elections. That is, about 2 million and 50 thousand adult inhabitants were in Albania...

After the cyber hacking of INSTAT, the PD of Reestablishment put into circulation the hypothesis that we are dealing with a self-hacking. And why has INSTAT done self-hacking according to this hypothesis? Fewer residents have come out of Censi than they voted in years on May 14...

But how many years voted on May 14? According to the officially certified figures recently published by the CEC's Celibashi, almost 1.4 million voters (18 years and older) participated in the voting. While according to the Re-establishment hypothesis, less than 1.4 million citizens live in Albania (from 1 to 100 years old).

The Reestablishment Hypothesis calls into question the participation in the elections certified by Celibashi, because according to the hypothesis, citizens who do not live in Albania should have been reported as participants. But in fact, since the electronic certification of the identity card was introduced in the Albanian elections, there have never been any complaints regarding the number of participants (there have only been sporadic cases of alienation of votes during the counting, which have been criminally prosecuted). In all 5200 voting centers there were commissions with 7 members of the main parties, which verified the identity cards of the participants (to prevent voting for family members abroad).

It is understood that the Reestablishment hypothesis casts strong doubts on the Census figures that INSTAT will publish in June, because according to this hypothesis, the country's population has halved in the last decade.

However, until INSTAt publishes the Census figures, some conclusions can be made even by an ordinary citizen.

According to the CEC, almost 400,000 voters of the Tirana district (Tirana, Kamëz, Kavajë, Vorë and Rrogozhinë) voted on May 14. According to the Reestablishment hypothesis, the CEC has artificially inflated the participation, because not even 400,000 are residents of the district (including children and teenagers)!!! But anyone who lives in the region of Tirana, understands that the population is approaching 1 million in the region (without having to go door to door to count)...

According to the CEC, almost 135 thousand voters of the Durrës district (Durrës, Krujë and Shijak) voted on May 14. According to the Reestablishment hypothesis, the CEC has artificially inflated the participation, because not even 135,000 are residents of the district (including children and teenagers)!!! But anyone who lives in the Durrës region understands that the population has exceeded 300 thousand in the region (without having to go door to door to count)...

According to the CEC, almost 144,000 voters of the Fier district (Fier, Lushnje, Divjake, Mallakaster, Patos and Roskovec) voted on May 14. According to the Reestablishment hypothesis, the CEC has artificially inflated the participation, because not even 144 thousand are residents of the district (including children and teenagers)!!! But anyone who lives in the Fier region understands that the population has exceeded 300 thousand in the region (without having to go door to door to count)...

And so it can be continued with the other districts, to understand that the number of inhabitants of Albania is much greater than the 1.4 million participants in the annual elections.

As for adult residents (18 and over), I made a rough estimate in September when I conducted a rigorous field survey from Konispoli to Vermosh. It turned out that 68.6% had voted on May 14 and 31.4% had not voted. Taking for granted the figure certified by Celibashi of 1.4 million participants, it can be calculated that about 650 thousand adult residents did not participate in the elections. That is, about 2 million and 50 thousand adult inhabitants were years in Albania (since every survey has a margin of statistical error of about 2.6% in the above case), this figure can fluctuate by +/- 50 thousand).

As for the number of children and teenagers in Albania, it can be extrapolated with some approximation from the figures published for students in schools and children in kindergartens and nurseries. Roughly, they are somewhere in the range of 500-600 thousand.
