The General Directorate of Prisons has transferred cocaine 'baron' Dritan Rexhepi from Detention Center 313 to Fier Prison.
It is learned that the relocation of Rexhepi, who is being tried as one of the masterminds of Jan Prenga's kidnapping, was also the reason for changing the date of the hearing against him and his co-defendants in the Special Court.
Through his lawyer, Rexhepi requested that the hearing not be held on Friday, as in this case he was being escorted to the Fier Penitentiary on Monday.
Today's hearing at the GJKKO was postponed due to the absence of one of the defendants' defense lawyers. The next hearing was scheduled for February 3, at 2:00 PM.
