A 27-year-old woman ended her life by jumping from the fourth-floor terrace of an apartment in Kamez, Tirana, after a TikTok character, Altin Çoku, published intimate photos of her on the network.
The 27-year-old's aunt, in a statement to the media, demands justice, while saying that they are burying the girl without knowing the truth of this event. She claims that her granddaughter did not commit suicide, but that according to her, someone pushed her.
The aunt says to the media that the 27-year-old woman worked for about 3 days as a sanitary worker in Altin Çok's apartment and then, according to her, she never left.
"She had a problem with her husband. They lived together, the separation was for the moment. She put the little girl to sleep and went upstairs to smoke a cigarette. I don't know what happened, there were no signs. She has been here for a month, because of problems with her husband. Went to work on this one. He cleaned this one. She worked as a cleaner there, but also here on the stairs.
She worked as a cleaner at his house. It worked for two or three days, then left it, apparently the threats and other problems started. These things have happened in these two or three days. The police have a video that shows when everything happened, but they didn't show it to us. She had not met her husband at all since she came to Tirana. There were only communications about the girl," said the aunt of the girl who ended her life yesterday.
