Pasi fitimet në këto aktivitete të ligjshme në dukje biznesi nuk e mbulojnë aspak pasurinë e vënë prej tij. Irakli Davella rezulton të ketë marrë nënshtetësi greke në vitin 2009. Ai ishte pronar i një lokali në zonën e Peristerit në Athinë dhe gjatë verës jepte edhe automjete me qira në ishujt grekë.
Më herët në vitin 2006 ai del të ketë regjistruar me anë të një vendimi të Gjykatës së Sarandës, një biznes ‘Bar Kafe-Restorant’, që merrej me tregtimin e artikujve të ndryshëm ushqimor si dhe pije alkoolike me pakicë dhe shumicë’ në Delvinë. Biznes i cili rezulton ende edhe sot aktiv me qendër në Mesopotam, Bashkia Finiq.
Davella që po kështu në vitin 2020 rezulton të ketë regjistruar në emrin e tij një biznes në fshatin Xarrë të Bashkisë Konispol, me qëllim kultivimin e agrumeve. Biznes që tashmë është çregjistruar.
Por edhe pse në dukje një biznesmen kontrovers, sa i ligjshëm aq edhe i paligjshëm, ajo që karakterizon personazhin e Davellës, është Cv-ja e tij personale.
Që pavarësisht përfshirjes në krime të rënda, dhe reklamimit që iu bë në parlamentin grek si pjesë e një organizatë kriminale të përfshirë në akte të rënda kriminale, Davella për habi në 10 vitet e fundit të jetës së tij, deri në momentin kur u ekzekutua, del të jetë i pastër penalisht.
