A 48-year-old man was arrested by the Elbasan police, after hitting a 37-year-old woman with a car yesterday evening.
It is learned that the young woman is currently under the care of doctors in the hospital.
"Specialists of the Road Circulation Sector of DVP Elbasan arrested in the act a 48-year-old citizen, a resident of Korçë, after yesterday evening, on the Elbasan ring road, with the "Seat" type vehicle he was driving, he hit the pedestrian, a 37-year-old citizen, and which is under the care of doctors", says a police announcement.
In the meantime, the procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of Elbasan General Jurisdiction, for further actions.
