A serious incident occurred this evening in the city of Shkodra. Gunshots were recorded in the area near the former Flour Factory, alarming residents of the area.
According to preliminary information, several explosions were heard in this area, while the circumstances in which the incident occurred are still unknown. There is still no information about injured people or victims.
Immediately after the announcement, numerous Shkodra Police forces arrived at the scene, surrounded the area and began checks to identify the possible perpetrators, as well as to fully clarify the incident.
The investigative group is carrying out the first procedural actions, while collecting evidence and testimony that may help clarify the circumstances and motives of the shooting.
It is expected that in the coming hours, the State Police will issue an official announcement to provide more details regarding the event.
