According to what the media write, the Italian authorities are very close to solving this mystery that caused the death of 34-year-old Claudio Myrtaj. He took a bullet to the head. Despite being taken to hospital, he could not survive.
The authorities have rejected the possibility that the Albanian was related to the crime. He had only been in the area for two years where he worked at his cousins construction company. Also, according to the authorities, the hypotheses of crimes of passion, money laundering, suicide, debts or drug trafficking are also rejected.
In short, there is still no clear motive for what was at first seen as a premeditated assassination in his friend's workshop. Claudio had been helping him for several days. The owner of the workshop said that that afternoon he went to fill the tractor with diesel, so the killer may have waited until he left and caught the Albanian by surprise.
The workshop is also far from the eye of the security cameras, which are not directed towards the workshop, but towards the street.
Now the agents investigating the case are scrutinizing every footage to understand and dissect every detail. What is known is that from 15:10 to 15:30, Claudio went to buy cigarettes at a tobacconist. Then he returned to the workshop again
Earlier, some people had seen him having lunch in a restaurant in Vernante with some friends. Then he met with some family members. According to the testimony, Claudio and the owner of the workshop, a pensioner, were strange.
This has made investigators think otherwise. What if the gun was in the workshop and we are not dealing with murder? Everything remains in the framework of a doubt and must be proven if it is a "game" that may have ended badly between the two.
