The Speaker of the Assembly, Lindita Nikolla, has excluded from today's plenary session, the head of the DP, Lulzim Basha.
This is because Basha was blocking the floor of the Assembly.
Today, Basha was the only one who asked for the floor from time to time, he ended up 'occupying' the pulpit.
Speaker Lindita Nikolla appealed to him several times to release him, to continue the normal development of the session, but Basha refused.
Even in the face of the warning that he would be expelled, Basha did not back down. In conclusion, a few minutes later, the speaker seems to have lost her patience and informed him of his exclusion from the session.
"Please vacate the floor because I will exclude you from the session. Please allow the floor. I don't give them my word. When I see that you do not follow the procedure, I have the right to interrupt you according to the regulations. Don't get in the way of the agenda. We will continue with the agenda. You are excluded from the session for occupying the pulpit. You are excluded", said Nikola.
With the changes in the regulation, Basha risks exclusion for up to 60 days.
Today, after 5 months of smoke, noises and whistles, the parliament has returned to normality, where the majority and the opposition have spoken in turn from the floor of the Assembly.
But the same cannot be said about the situation within the opposition, where the parties continue to be divided, Basha's group accuses the other party within the party and the majority of bargaining with the Electoral Reform, while Bardhi, who has joined Berisha, accuses Basha of collaboration with Rama for not giving the Albanians free elections.
The "cold war" within the species was reflected even today in the Assembly hall, where Lulzim Basha, although sitting between Tabak and Bardhi, did not exchange any observations with them, even when they talked about each other, they addressed them as if they were not present. in the hall.
