Insulting people with autism, Rama remembers to apologize in the middle of the night; also attacking those who criticized him

Prime Minister Edi Rama has apologized for statements he made at lunch, that “those who vote for the swamp are politically autistic.” His statement caused a lot of irritation, as there are many people who suffer from this spectrum.  

Rama remembered to apologize after about 10-11 hours, posting a video on social media. Meanwhile, he has not spared those who criticized him, attacking and anathematizing them.
