We are talking about Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta. After almost a year of distancing, the former President seems to have once again gone to "non grata" to find salvation from the ax of justice. After losing the elections last May, Meta went out of business and stopped meeting with Berisha. Then he even started to "bite" him, saying that we need a prime minister who is recognized by the international community, in short, not a "non grata". He also said that the opposition coalition did not work. However, now that the PL has been destroyed and the loyalists have left it in the mud, Meta has only one person left to find salvation: Sali Berisha.
Today, the former President went to Berisha's window for the first time, asking him for help. Meta distanced himself from the doctor in the hope that the Americans would forgive him and influence SPAK not to investigate. But, as he realized that for the USA the corrupt have no difference, it seems that he went to the doctor again and is extending the hand of cooperation. Meta made it clear to Berisha that they should unite against justice, in the hope that by intimidating and threatening the prosecutors they will stay out of prison.
Berisha actually gave up to some extent, as he is under house arrest, but Meta can be sent to prison and now the only hope is the doctor. Meta remembers that Berisha is the same as he was during the period when he ended his affair with Drita Prifti.
