"Big Brother All Stars" will face the winners of the three editions, who are said to have confirmed their participation.
"I know a news from several sources that this year Big Brother 4 will be a Big Brother All Stars where some of the characters in its three editions will enter and will be among all the other names, Luiz Ejlli, Ilir Shaqiri and Egla Ceno. Also, he added that there are rumors of other residents who will be part such as Einxhel Shkira, Monika Lubonja and Drini Zeqo.
