His brother, Rhodri Giggs, has won a sum of 1 million Euros, following a scandal involving the former player.

The Welshman was in a secret relationship with his brother's wife for eight years.
Although he was married to Stacey Cooke, Giggs was also in a secret relationship with Natasha Lever, who was then the wife of his brother, Rhodri.
The scandal was revealed in 2011, when Stacey Cooke confirmed the infidelity and ended their marriage.
Rhodri has returned to talk about that situation, saying that at that time he earned 1 million Euros from interviews given about the betrayal.
