The Disciplinary and Ethics Commission of the Albanian Football Federation has announced the relevant decisions for the final week of national competitions, imposing suspensions and fines on several individuals and clubs.
Burrel coach Samuel Nikaj has been suspended for four matches. This decision directly affects the team, which is ranked among the main contenders in the First Division and is currently in the play-off zone.
Nikaj's absence from the bench for four matches is considered a challenge for the team at this stage of the championship, when every point is crucial for the season's objectives.
The commission has also suspended Flamurtari's athletic trainer, Kristian Parabita, for four matches. The disciplinary measure is expected to affect the technical organization of the Vlora team in future matches.
Meanwhile, the Teuta club has been fined for the behavior of its fans during a recent match. The commission has taken the disciplinary measure, emphasizing the club's responsibility for the well-being and safety of the stadium.
Decisions of the Disciplinary Committee:
1- Flamurtari FC official, Christian Parabita, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
2- KF Teuta, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field, based on article 17/2/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek.
3- KF Burreli is warned that in the event of a repetition of the spectators' misconduct, it will be subject to disciplinary measures provided for in the Code of Discipline and Ethics and the regulations of the Albanian Football Association.
4- KF Burreli official, Samuel Nikaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
5- FK Partizani B official, Altin Ferat, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
6- FK Partizani B official, Ergys Luga, for protesting against the decisions of the match officials, based on article 14/1/c of the KDE, is punished with a 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
7- FK Delvina player, Ronaldo Ruçi, for attacking opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is sentenced to 6 (six) matches of suspension from activity.
8- Young Boys Tirana, for abandoning the valid match of the Second Category National Championship, against Rinia EL (Beksat), based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/b of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 20%.
Young Boys Tirana is warned that in the event of repeated abandonment of matches, it will be subject to disciplinary measures provided for in the Code of Discipline and Ethics and the regulations of the Albanian Football Association.
9- FK Skënderbeu U-15, for abandoning the valid match of the Abyssnet Superiore U-15 Championship, against KF Shënkolli U-15, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/b of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 20%.
FK Skënderbeu U-15 is warned that in the event of repeated abandonment of matches, it will be subject to disciplinary measures provided for by the Code of Discipline and Ethics and the regulations of the Albanian Football Association.
10- Opening of a disciplinary investigation regarding the incidents that occurred in the KF Shënkolli U-16 match against FC Internacional U-16.
11- FC Lushnja U-19 official, Orgest Baze, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches suspension from activities.
12- FC Besa U-19 official, Denis Gjeci, for protesting against the decisions of the match officials, based on article 14/1/c of the KDE, is punished with a 2 (two) match suspension from activities.
13- Kamza Sport U-16, for failing to comply with obligations and responsibilities and activity regulations, causing delays in the start of the match, based on Article 8/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek. According to Article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
14- The official of KF Vora U-14, Mustafa Sulaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
15- Laberia SK U-14, for abandoning the valid match of the First Category U-14 Championship, against FC Pepa U-14, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/b of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 20%.
An appeal against the decision is allowed within 3 (three) days before the Appeals Committee.
