Today, the Disciplinary and Ethics Committee of the Albanian Football Federation (AFHF) has made decisions for the last week in Albanian football. Decisions that relate to clubs in the Superiore, First Category, Second Category and even youth football.
Egnatia has suffered at the new stadium, being fined 200 thousand lek due to the behavior of the fans. Also, the director of the Rrogozhinas, Klejdi Zenelaj, has been suspended for 4 matches. Meanwhile, the Albanian Football Association has warned Vllaznia, calling on them to no longer hold training sessions at the "Loro Boriçi" stadium.
Full decisions of the Disciplinary Committee:
1. KF Egnatia, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field and lighting flares and other pyrotechnic devices, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/c of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 200,000 (two hundred thousand) lekë.
2. The official of KF Egnatia, Klejdi Zenelaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
3. KF Vllaznia, based on Article 6/1/a of the KDE, is warned that in the event of repeating training sessions in the premises of the Loro Boriçi Stadium, where official matches are held, in violation of Article 38/2 of the Activity Regulations, it will be subject to disciplinary measures provided for in the Code of Discipline and Ethics and the Regulations of the Albanian Football Association.
4. Flamurtari FC, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field and igniting pyrotechnic devices, based on articles 17/2/b and 17/2/c of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lek. According to article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.
5. Flamurtari FC official, Alfred Ferko, for repeated unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on articles 14/1/j and 33 of the KDE, is punished with a 6 (six) match suspension from activities.
6. KS Kastrioti, for not respecting the obligations and regulations of the activity, causing delays during the match, based on articles 8/1 and 13/2/a of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lekë. According to article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.
7. FK Pogradeci, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field, based on Article 17/2/b of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek. According to Article 76/1/a of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 50%.
8. KF Iliria, for improper behavior of spectators, throwing objects on the playing field, lighting pyrotechnic devices and insulting match officials, based on articles 17/1, 17/2/b and 17/2/c of the KDE, is punished with a fine of 300,000 (three hundred thousand) lekë. According to article 76/1/b of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 20%.
9. KF Iliria official, Redon Cani, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
10. KF Iliria official, Petrit Selmani, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
11. KF Iliria player, Andrea Pjetri, for attacking opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is sentenced to 10 (ten) match suspension from activities.
12. KF Naftetari, based on Article 6/1/a of the KDE, is warned that in case of repeated delays in the timely implementation of tasks according to the Activity Regulation, it will be subject to disciplinary measures provided for in the Code of Discipline and Ethics and the AFF Regulations.
13. FK Osumi official, Polizoi Arbri, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is sentenced to 4 (four) matches of suspension from activities.
14. The official of KF Shiroka, Ergi Axhami, for threatening match officials, based on article 14/1/k of the KDE, is sentenced to 10 (ten) matches of suspension from activities.
15. The official of KF Shiroka, Bujar Celufaj, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is punished with a 4 (four) match suspension from activities.
16. KF Shiroka player, Klaudio Kodra, for unsportsmanlike behavior towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 6 (six) match suspension from activities.
17. FK Erzeni U-17, for activating a player who was not eligible to play in the valid match of the First Category U-17 Championship against Labëria SK U-17, based on articles 19/2 and 19/4/a of the KDE, loses the match on the table with the score 3-0.
18. FC Besa U-16, for abandoning the valid match of the Abissnet Superiore U-16 championship, against FK Partizani U-16, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
19. FK Apolonia U-16, for failure to fulfill its obligations and responsibilities, causing the abandonment of the valid match of the Abyssnet Superiore U-16 Championship, against FC Dinamo City U-16, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
20. The player of AF Elbasani U-18, Ardian Nonaj, for attacking opposing players, based on article 14/1/i of the KDE, is sentenced to 10 (ten) matches suspension from activities.
21. Shkëndija Tirana U-19 player, Fabio Kalaja, for unsportsmanlike conduct towards match officials, based on article 14/1/j of the KDE, is punished with a 6 (six) match suspension from activities.
22. KF Laçi U-16, for abandoning the valid match of the First Category U-16, against KF Apollo U-16, based on article 16/1 of the KDE, is fined 100,000 (one hundred thousand) lekë and loses the match on the table with the score 3-0. According to article 76/1/e of the KDE, the fine shall be applied at the rate of 3%.
23. Rejection of the request of FK Tomori player, Sali Kumani, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
24. Rejection of the request of CCBS player, Ermal Bala, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
25. Rejection of the request of FK Pogradeci player, Silvio Vokrri, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
26. Rejection of the request of Flamurtari FC U-19 player, Geraldo Kapaj, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
27. Rejection of the request of Flamurtari FC U-17 player, Dejvis Begaj, as unfounded in the Code of Discipline and Ethics.
