Criminalistics expert, Ervin Karamuço, in the "Te Pashoq" podcast, has revealed new details about the progress of SPAK, with the files of Sali Berisha and Ilir Meta.
Karamuço stated that the case of Berisha's case with the Partizani case is the big test of SPAK and everything will conclude in the confrontation in court. As for Meta's case, the expert said that investigations and verifications of assets and sources of income are being carried out.
As for an arrest warrant against Meta, Karmauço emphasized that SPAK is waiting to copy the file and then conclude with a security measure for the head of the PL.

From the lawyer's point of view, how will the rumored relationship with Berisha and Meta's justice be fared?
Karamuço : They are all in an investigative phase. Berisha has gone through judicial investigation, Meta is still under preliminary investigation, more verification of assets and sources of income. I don't know how this will continue. SPAK is very tight-lipped about what it is investigating, what it has provided as evidence because it belongs to investigative secrecy. Let's look further. Concrete measures are expected in time. Even before, it was expected and the media said it was happening, but it didn't happen. Apparently, they are delaying in order to legislate concrete measures. Maybe there is no mass, but there is a good way to come to conclusions.
Is there a limit to Berisha's house arrest?
Karamuço : I didn't follow it and I couldn't calculate it, but it took days for SPAK to communicate the accusation and take it to court because of the deadlines. Let's see, that SPAK's litmus test is the fundamental consideration of Berisha's case in court.
