After the speeches in the square in front of the Prime Minister's Office ended, the protesters began marching through the main streets of Tirana, continuing their demonstration for the 49th consecutive day, with the slogan "Albania Wants Revolution".
Holding national flags and placards, citizens repeated calls for the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama, while concerns were raised during the rally about the state of the healthcare system, corruption, property issues, depopulation of the country and environmental damage. Speakers also emphasized the need for a state that serves citizens and not narrow political or economic interests.
The protesters declared that the movement is civic and that they will not stop until their demands are met. According to them, the resignation of Prime Minister Edi Rama remains the main and non-negotiable condition, while they expressed their determination to continue the protests in the coming days.
