The Special Court of Appeal has dismissed the appeal of Jamarbër Malltez and Argita Berisha for the lifting of the seizure of 25 properties, leaving in force the previous decision of the Special Court against Corruption and Organized Crime (SCOC).
The second instance of the judiciary rejected the couple's request for the release of assets, which were seized as part of the investigations into the file known as "Partizani".
Earlier, the Supreme Court had also expressed its opinion on this issue, leaving in force the same decision on the seizure of assets.
According to the court's decision, 25 assets owned by Jamarbër Malltez and Argita Berisha have been placed under seizure. These include six bank accounts, four commercial units, a plot of land, a duplex villa, several apartments, one of which is located on "Mustafa Matohiti" street, opposite the apartment of former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, as well as a villa in Lalzi Bay.
Also, shares of 45%, 60% and 100% in three commercial companies in the name of Jamarbër Malltez, including the company "Homeplan" sh.pk, as well as a gym located in the former "Partizani" complex, have been placed under seizure. The seizure of these assets remains in force until the conclusion of the judicial proceedings related to the "Partizani" file.

6) The amount of 26,492.72 euros found in the Bank account with ……… in Euro currency in the name of citizen Jamarbër Malltezi.
