The head of the Special Prosecutor's Office, Altin Dumani, in an informal meeting with journalists this Thursday, gave details about some files that are sensational in our country.
In this meeting, Duman spoke for the first time about the "Beleri" issue, where there were numerous clashes between Athens and Tirana.
When asked if they feel pressure due to the pressure Athens has put on Tirana regarding Beler's sentence, he emphasized that the case is being followed calmly and SPAK is not intimidated.
"I am not the prosecutor of the case. SPAK does not feel intimidated at all. The matter is being calmly pursued. The case has gone through three judicial levels. He is the same as any other defendant, as long as he has provided all the procedural guarantees", he said.
