Journalist Enton Abilekaj said that SPAK's approach to "cut off as many politicians' heads as possible" is wrong.
Speaking about the investigation of Sali Berisha, Olta Xhaçka and other important people in politics, Abilekaj said that this method of SPAK is not serving justice, and mistakes are even being made in the investigation of these people.
"All these who are under investigation are high-ranking figures who have a sensitivity from the public, but also have political influence. So if you rush and make mistakes like these, it doesn't help. It does not serve the idea that justice was served in the country, this serves the idea of SPAK hitting from both sides to put a political balance to say that we are doing work.
In this, justice is needed, which means that what has been abused should be discovered, answered and punished. It is not the time of the Jacobins that "how many heads will we cut today that we raised the guillotine", you should not make good files.
The reform in justice has had these challenges in every country where it has been applied before us. In Croatia, there have been spectacular failures, precisely because of this. That they were going to join the European Union and rushed to "cut off the heads of politicians", said Abilekaj.
