A special office has been officially opened in the premises of the Central Election Commission (CEC) where employees of SPAK and the General Prosecutor's Office will be located, as part of the cooperation between the institutions for the investigation of electoral crime.
This office is part of the agreement signed between the CEC, SPAK and the General Prosecutor's Office, which aims to strengthen institutional cooperation in investigating electoral crimes and guaranteeing the integrity of the May 11 electoral process.
Through this joint structure, the justice bodies are expected to be closer and faster in dealing with any violations that may occur during the campaign or on voting day.
