500 kg of chicken meat with salmonella was seized in Vlora, in two Fast Food, three markets and a restaurant.
From the action of the 26th (for which the responses have also been released), several subjects suggested by the center (central NFA) were subjected to control, among which 6 cases resulted positive.
Klan News reports that according to the official findings of the Vlora AKU, fast food restaurants located near schools, restaurants that serve meat such as fillets, and supermarkets have tested positive. While samples have been taken for analysis from other entities, for which a response is awaited.
According to the AKU, the inspection was carried out in the entities referred by Tirana, having the information on where the supply was distributed. Asked about the situation in the sausage factories, the AKU says that there is no information that these were supplied with meat from the company identified with salmonella.
We recall that a few days ago, it turned out that a quantity of over 7.8 tons of chicken with salmonella had been imported through the Port of Durrës and came from Brazil, the AKU blocked 5.2 tons of leftover meat from the importer and several other businesses, but 2.6 tons turned out to have been distributed on the market to Albanian consumers. /Klan
