The opinion of Venice, tensions are expected today in the Assembly for the mandate of Olta Xhaçka

The Assembly is holding its next plenary session today, which is expected to start with tensions from the beginning.

The reason for this seems to be the opinion of the Venice Commission regarding the request of the Assembly for the mandate of the deputy of the Socialist Party Olta Xhaçka.

Debates are foreseen starting from the reactions of the opposition and the majority in the last two days after the publication of the opinion, where each side read it differently, claiming that they were right.

Regarding the agenda, the Assembly will discuss the points that were not considered in last week's session due to the chaos and clash between the opposition and the majority.

It is also expected to discuss the request of 40 deputies of the Socialist Party for the forgiveness of fines for constructions without permission in rural areas, a point which could not be exhausted last week, and the interpellation with the minister Ogerta Manastirliu, regarding the murder of the 14-year-old near the school "Fan Noli" in Tirana.
