The Special Prosecution Office SPAK has wiretapped members of the Constitutional Court. A few days ago, the head of the Special Prosecution Office Altin Dumani said that no member of the Constitutional Court is under investigation or wiretapped.
Speaking on this topic, criminalistics expert Ervin Karamuço said that the law provides for wiretapping for up to three months. According to him, Duman's answer was clear and correct. He further explained how SPAK operates before launching an investigation into someone.
