The Joint Movement protest started on Thursday morning in front of the Parliament. Its members had a large banner in their hand that read "Approve the living minimum".
At these moments, the deputy of the opposition, Flamur Noka, passed by, confronting a citizen with disabilities.
The latter did not initially recognize that he is an opposition deputy, confusing him with one from the Socialist Party, but nevertheless he did not hesitate to address him.
"You are in the opposition, but you made the salary for yourself," - a phrase to which Noka chose to answer by turning his back to leave towards the Assembly.
