Academician Artan Fuga shows why he is against the procedures that this institution is following in terms of appointments and other decision-making, such as the one for the Supreme State Audit.
Fuga says that the Academy is going above the law by forbidding KLSH to audit the performance and this cannot be accepted.
"I cannot accept the legitimacy of voting in the Assembly of a paper. The presidency with a board of directors, has held a meeting and votes that letter in the assembly. What is this mechanism? If the presidency that administers the Assembly in its daily activities has that opinion, it can turn to the Supreme Control of the State and say we do not agree for some reasons. Voting is a defense mechanism. The second, a decision that is an administrative decision, to put a scientific dress on it. So it is the Assembly of the Academy of Sciences that carries a scientific weight that is behind an administrative stance. This is manipulation. We are scientists there, but we are not scientists in administration. I cannot accept these manipulations", said Fuga in A2.
