Journalist Spartak Koka has spoken about the serious criminal events that took place in Tirana in recent days.
Koka said that in the first case of the murder of 14-year-old Martin Cani with a knife near the school and in the case of the wounding of a 19-year-old with a knife by a peer near the university, they are the result of the lack of reaction of the institutions.
He indicated that the conflict between the youths had been going on for several days and no one had reported it.
The 19-year-old who was injured in the conflict, said the journalist is in a serious condition for his life after being stabbed in the lungs, chest and neck.
"The story at the private university also took place for days and no one said anything in the university premises and each of them tried to take revenge on the other for the looks, harsh words and some kind of bullying inside the school. And today the person in question is fighting for his life. There are wounds in the lungs, in the chest, wounds in the neck and it is a serious situation. We may have another victim, I hope not, and I was also in contact with the doctors of the hospital yesterday evening and the situation appeared difficult for the young man" , the journalist told Euronews.
