The story that will be covered today is about a serious incident of violence against a 12-year-old boy, who was raped outside the school premises and outside of school hours by a group of 16-year-old boys.
The parents of the 12-year-old have reported the case to the police and asked for measures to be taken, but according to them, this criminal proceeding has been dismissed by the prosecutor's office on the grounds that the perpetrators are underage and cannot bear legal responsibility.
The videos of violence are terrible, even the parents of the 12-year-old confess that their son has health problems from this violence.
Mother of the 12-year-old: The boy is not in a good condition since he was brutally beaten by 5-6 people. I believe this group has beaten him more than once. The boy did not tell, because he was threatened. Before the incident happened, the boy broke his leg in gym class. These guys claim he insulted them. The real reason was that those boys were asking for 10,000 lek for each, where would we find this money. We have found such messages. Those boys are problematic in the neighborhood and at school. I am disappointed with the Prosecutor's Office. I am not sure of my son's life, because those boys come as a group every afternoon. The police acted well, I am disappointed with the Prosecutor's Office. The director and vice director are by our side, because we have suffered trauma. No parent of the bullies was at the meeting, even though it was requested. The threats continued through messages on the boy's cell phone.
Father of the 12-year-old: We learned about the incident late. The boy came home on Thursday, he had marks all over and was locked in the toilet. The girl showed us.
