A serious event happened on Sunday morning in the city of Shkodra. Judge Tonin Stërkaj decided to leave explosives at the gate of the apartment and fortunately no one was injured.
Journalist Anduena Llabani and lawyer Enida Bozheku showed on the show "360 Degrees", some of the tracks, which are suspected to be related to the event. According to them, the last file that Stërkaj had under consideration is that of the rector of the University of Shkodra, who is accused of receiving certain sums from students to pass exams.
Thus, Llabani emphasized that Stërkaj was known differently and as the "judge of poplars" because he had become a judge through a 6-month course he had completed.
" Recently, there was the file of a director of the rectorate of the University of Shkodra. This judge is a 'poplar judge', they said, meaning they completed a 6-month course to become a judge because at that time they did the training in the 'Poplar Zone' in Durrës.
Also, it is not known whether this judge himself managed to be at the end of the vetting process or it is a coincidence. This is another matter ", said Llabani, among other things.
