Gazetari i “Ora News” Elton Qyno ka reaguar për herë të parë në rrjetet sociale pas ngjarjes së paprecedentë të së mërkurës, ku prej orës 11:00 të paradites deri në orën 2 të mëngjesit të ditës së enjte ai ndodhej në ambientet e Prokurorisë së Posaçme kundër Korrupsionit dhe Krimit të Organizuar.
Nga banesa e tij Qyno është shprehur se u mbajt në SPAK deri në orën 17:00 dhe u njoftua se kishte një vendim Gjykate për t’i kontrolluar shtëpinë, zyrën dhe automjetin.
Ndër të tjera gazetari u shpreh se pas deklaratës së dhënë ka patur presione për të treguar burimin e informacionit.
Lidhur me këtë ngjarje kanë reaguar me dhjetëra gazetarë në mbështetje të kolegut, ndërsa kërkojnë nga SPAK që urgjentisht të bëjë transparencën e seancës së sotme me Qynon.
Dhe paraditen e sotme, Qyno vendosi të falënderonte të gjithë kollegët që u solidarizuan me të, ndërsa thotë se ai dhe familja e tij ranë pre e një situate të befasishme.
Ndërkaq ai denoncon si të paligjshëm sekuestrimin e telefonave të tij, ndërsa shton se automatikisht e ekspozon atë dhe kërcënon jo 1, por një rrjet të tërë burimesh të mia konfidenciale.

Faleminderit per mbeshtetjen dhe fjalet e mira qe me keni dhene gjate ketyre 48 oreve, duke me bere te ndjehem mire mes kolegesh dhe shoke.
Une personalisht por edhe familja ime rane ne nje situate te befasishme dhe te paprecedente ndonjehere, duke u bere objekt kontrolli te njepasnjeshem, e duke u sekuestruar cdo gje e mundshme, qe mbase e ne vijim mund te na rrezikoje, ekspozoje mbi sigurine tone dhe kanalet e informimit te ketyre 18 vite pune si reporter i kronikes se zeze ne Shqiperi.
Une nuk kam shpifur, por kam nxjere informacion,siç mund te beje cdo koleg i imi cdo dite, dhe nxjer e publikon online,print apo tv cdo dosje qe i bie ne dore, pa i dhene llogari ndokujt se nga kush i mer dhe ne cfare forme i mer.
Jam ndjere i keqardhur per kembenguljen e paligjshme te organeve hetimore per te depertuar ne cdo kanal informacioni qe une kam, duke me sekuestruar telefonat,dy kompjuterat, 7 usb, cd e sende te tjera.
I keqardhur qe ne 18 vite pune vetem prane prokurorise se Krimeve te Renda,SPAK dhe prokurorive te tjera ne rrethe, te perfundoj ne nje ekzaminim te tille te paligjshem dhe antikushtetues dhe ne kundershtim te cdo konvente per te drejten e informimit dhe raportimit.
Shpesh here per shkak te punes qe bejme ne gazetaret ndodhemi mes nje vale kercenimesh zhantazhe dhe presionit nga me te ndryshme, te cilat vijne nga palet e para, te dyta dhe te treta.

Do you remember when the convicts and their family members in the Lazarati case stepped forward and kicked each other between the operating court and the journalist. Was there any investigation? Nothing.
Meanwhile, the investigative bodies leave the work of the day's CORRUPTION files of high officials, focusing on me.
In a country like ours, where the head of the state and his ministers talk on the phone and listen to the missing files, the criminal is involved with them in order to buy votes in every polling station or sharing lots of tenders and concessions, the case remained and the time came that justice should act on me regarding the mechanism of finding information and extracting secrets.
Three opposition leaders and other government officials are under investigation by SPAK, and I understand what kind of leadership SPAK is in.
Really sorry that in all this cacophony of evidence, SPAK was left to me to investigate and find out the sources.
Illegally seizing phones by not making available to me even a record of blocking, automatically exposes me and threatens not 1, but a whole network of my confidential resources.
