The arrested husband of Bedrie Loka will appear before the Durrës court today to familiarize himself with the security measure.
45-year-old Xhemal Loka was arrested on Saturday after the first investigations that revealed that he has abused his wife and threatened her with death on more than one occasion in the presence of the children.
Accusations of "causing suicide" and "possessing weapons and ammunition without permission" have been brought against him, while sources from the investigative group indicate that the murder track is not excluded either. After the arrest, Loka stated that his wife committed suicide because she could not cope with the bullying on the TikTok social network.
But the testimonies of the children and the claims of the victim's family members, as well as the videos found on the arrested person's cell phone, are considered evidence of the continuous violence against the 41-year-old woman, who has been facing for a year and the rumors incited against her through the distribution of photos with insults on the social network.
