A scandalous video was published in the media today, where analyst Ilir Demalia physically attacks former MP and leader of the Conservatives, Kujtim Gjuzi.
The scene took place in the lobby of a hotel in Tirana and it appears that Demaliaj attempts to punch Gjuzi.
The latter has reacted to the incident by providing details.
" I was with the head of the Tropoja branch, Sanije Hajdarmataj, we were discussing at our table. Demaliaj entered the lobby and started insulting and cursing, with men's words that are not said in front of a woman.
He started insulting me, I told him I was in a cafe with people... he attacked me, but I backed away because I didn't want to get hit. The mayor came out in front, he didn't stop, then I ran into the lobby, the bodyguards of Hotel Tirana intervened and everything died down. It was an attempt to punch and attack, but I remained calm ," Gjuzi told the media.
