And with the appointments of 3 new ministers Pirro Vengo, Ervin Hoxha and Petri Malaj, Prime Minister Edi Rama acted privately without asking the structures of the SP and without giving a public explanation, for what values he selected them as ministers and why he dismissed Taulant Balla, Niko Pelesh of Ervin Meten.
Pirro Vengo and Ervin Hoxha are known to have performed many services for Prime Minister Edi Rama's personal shopping in the Alabbar Towers project, allowing contraband traffic in Portin-Durres and using IKMT for clientelism in unauthorized constructions.
While the appointment of the Minister of Finance, Petrit Malaj, was so sudden that no one knew who he was as a figure; he was even so unknown that even the ministers, leaders and MPs of the SP did not know him, who thought he was the actor Petrit Malaj, until it was clarified that he was the director of AKBN.
But an official document found in "Pamfleti" reveals that apart from the fact that Tepelena's Petrit Malaj is a fellow villager and close friend of Gramoz Ruçi; he has provided Prime Minister Edi Rama with a series of services at INSTAT, for the compilation of figures according to the government's propaganda interest.
One of the services rendered by the Minister of Finance, Petrit Malaj, is the support of Edi Rama, with the calculation of figures for the "Census-2023" data, which are known to be official fraud.
By order of Prime Minister Edi Rama, INSTAT left the extraction of the census figures to the company "BDO Albania" with executive director and owner the Minister of Finance, Petrit Malaj, his father Limos Malaj and the Israelis Danny Margalit, Shahar Ziv, Eyal Alexander Rubin, Erez Soffer.
The extraction of the Census data was postponed in the bargain between the Prime Minister Edi Rama and the company "BDO Albania" of the Minister of Finance, Petrit Malaj, because the real figures of the 11 years of power of the SP, turned out to be a big regression and had to be manipulated.
For this fraud, an "usta" and 6 months of time were required to fabricate the data of the number of residents who have left and are present, indicators of education, unemployment, poverty, businesses, ethnicities, religious beliefs, etc.
The company "BDO Albania" of the new Minister of Finance and his Israeli partners, whom Edi Rama met during the shopping for cyber security businesses and the concession for the fight against corruption; they released the "Census 2023" figures, just as Edi Rama had ordered them, declaring only 400,000 Albanians left, a decrease in unemployment, an increase in welfare, etc.
To calculate the figures, the company of "BDO-Albania" of the Minister of Finance, took the tablets of the group that collected the data and processed them in a secret environment outside the INSTAT building.
This fact was denounced by "Pamphlet" on February 9, 2024, but without knowing which was the private company that was charged by Bablok, to falsify the census data.
On February 7, 2024, it was confirmed by the Director of the State Cyber Security Certification Agency, Igli Tafa, who, speaking about the cyber attack on INSTAT, said that the census data were not affected, because they were not in INSTAT, but in one place another and administers a private company.
INSTAT documents prove that the company that falsified the census data belongs to Petri Malaj, appointed director of AKBN on January 15, 2024 and Minister of Finance; but we clarify that he has drawn up many other INSTAT reports./ Pamphlet
