Trump also unveiled plans for the so-called Foreign Revenue Service, a plan to collect fees from "foreign sources."
"We will tax and levy taxes on foreign countries to enrich our citizens," Trump said.
He added that "for this, we are creating the Foreign Revenue Service to collect all dues and revenues."
He added that this would bring "huge amounts of money" to the country's coffers "from foreign sources."
