Albanian Post office for envelopes with Diaspora votes; chief, son of Pandi
Son of MP Pandeli Majko /

Babloku has the "stone and the nut" in his hand, but he also has the "soldier" Celibash; and they ignore the Electoral Code and will do it secretly, passing the diaspora vote envelopes to the State Post Office, shopping with the private post office that will receive the tender from the party's Celibashi...

The SP cannot secure the lost votes, not even with Edi Rama's pimps in cities and villages, but as much as possible, it hopes to steal them by any means and from the Albanians of the diaspora.

In article 25/1 of the Electoral Code, it is stated that Albanians abroad, whether or not they are residents in any country, but who present a residence address there and still have Albanian citizenship, have the right to vote by envelope through the private postal service that will to be selected by the CEC.

But in violation of the Electoral Code, Babloku has started to create a special office, called "Diaspora Vote Center" within the Albanian Post, a 100% state-owned company with a director appointed by the government.

As it seems, Prime Minister Edi Rama has bargained and struck a deal with his former minister, Chairman of the CEC, Ilirjan Celibashi, who is openly positioned at the service of the SP; that the envelopes with the votes of the diaspora Albanians go first to the special office at the State Post Office, then they are sent to the CEC offices for counting.

At the pre-processing office at the Albanian Post Office, all the ballot envelopes that will be sent by Albanians of the diaspora and emigrants, through the postal services, will be collected.

The postal workers will process these envelopes, they will register them according to the names of the senders and the countries, and they will pack them and send them to the CEC, where they will be divided according to the parties of the candidates.

According to the information, the dome of the SP in cooperation with the Director of the Albanian Post, patronage Ardit Demiri, has created a group of "envelope specialists" employees who will serve in the diaspora vote office.

While the head of this office, it is said that the son of MP Pandeli Majko, who has been transferred as head of sector at the Albanian Post, from the directorate of "Student City" where he was a contract specialist, has been appointed.

A few days ago, the head of the CEC, Ilirjan Celibashi, declared that the votes of the diaspora Albanians will not go to the State Post Office, but will be taken directly to the CEC through the private postal service.

Why does the government create a special office at the State Post Office, for the collection of vote envelopes?!

Or, between Ilirjan Celibashi and Edi Rama, an agreement was made that before the envelopes are taken to the CEC, they should go to the government post office?

We recall that before the amendment of the Electoral Code, the Government of the CEC made a joint proposal that the envelopes with the votes of the diaspora should be delivered to the Albanian consulates, while they should be sent to the State Post Office in Tirana and from there to the CEC.

As it seems, Babloku, who has the "stone and the nut" in his hand, also has the "soldier" Celibashin; and ignore the Electoral Code, they will secretly transfer the diaspora's vote envelopes to the State Post, shopping with the private mail that will receive the tender from the party's Celibashi./ Pamphlet
