But in this strong and trusted relationship of the patient Edi Rama with the doctor Arben Gjata, the fact is ascertained that the favorite surgeon, Babloku, has an investigative file in SPAK for forgeries and corruption.
He is accused, as part of the "Beqja-Rrjepaj-Rrapaj" group, for falsifying financial documents and technical data, in the feasibility study and granting the Sterilization of Surgical Equipment concession, with a fictitious cost 130 times higher than the market.
But it is no coincidence that Babaloku also has his personal surgeon as a defendant in the SPAK and the Special Court, because he selects and uses such specimens for his dirty work.
And brother Olsi Rama, partner Amant Josifi and many of those who have become MPs, ministers, deputy ministers, general secretaries, mayors, directors, heads of police, customs, taxes, SHISH and Garde, Babloku has immersed in corruption and crimes, some of them in prison and who go to SPAK every day.
For example, 1 day before he was operated by the defendant surgeon with a file in SPAK for corruption and forgery, Babloku signed the appointment to the position of Police Director of Ilir Proda; whose phone was seized, as a suspect for de-conspiracy of police actions and connected to the chrome gangs of Bulqiza, etc.
And those who have been given concessions, PPP, forests, land, land, lakes, tower permits and strategic investor status, Babloku has thieves, murderers, traffickers, smugglers, rapists and money launderers, some convicted and some under investigation, as Pëllumb Salillari, Bashkim Ulaj, Gentian Sulaj in Kosovo, Pëllumb Gjoka, Gjergj Luca, Lul Morina, Roland Ziu, etc.
This "army" of the corrupt and incriminated, that Babloku has gathered around himself and within his power, SPAK and BKH, in cooperation with the FBI, have begun to dispose of them.
But in the case of the defendant surgeon Arben Gjata, we think that the head of SPAK, Altin Dumani, should be asked not to take him to Ilir Beqja, until he performs the other two surgeries on Bablok./ Pamphlet
