The motives of this stupid provocation can be diverse...
After making fun of pensioners in the last indexation, Edi Rama has decided to make fun of the Albanian people as a whole. He had the ingenious idea of creating a religious state within the borders of the Republic of Albania, without asking either about the Constitution or the will of the Albanian people (who cannot alienate the territorial integrity of the Republic of Albania even by referendum).
The motives of this foolish provocation can be diverse. First, crazy about the idea of turning Albania into a tourist attraction at any cost and at any price, he wants to make a splash with the uniqueness of the creation of an exotic religious state in the 21st century - a twisted version of the Vatican, which forgets that this the last one had 1000 years of history behind it (papal state) and was finally realized as a concession of the fascist dictator Mussolini.
Secondly, this initiative could be part of the deal to demolish the teke located in the remaining part of the park behind the Opera and Ballet Theater, to pave the way for the construction of the tallest tower in Albania with the money that cleans the crime of organized.
Thirdly, all this may be a "Duce's joke without salt", seeking to stir the waters of public debate in order to divert attention from the ever deeper corruption and misgovernance, amply proven in the failure to increase pensions a few months before the elections.
