That both parties, both ordinary Albanian crime and state crime, basically work in the same way. In other words, the lions and tigers of Albanian state corruption do not make any difference from the lions and tigers of ordinary crime.
Albanians now have a clearer picture of the origins of the conflict between the high heads of state due to the incinerator affair. The next interview of the former deputy prime minister, Arben Ahmetaj, closed the way for further doubts.
The fable says that, stuck and with their bellies full of Albanian taxpayers' money, the power bulldozers at one point stopped. Time froze. With their mouths full and their lips torn, from where they drooled the benefits, up to 50 percent from the public tenders, and the green bile of the property of the state and the Albanians, they looked at each other through the look that came out of their eyes made of fire from the rash.
In front of them appeared a virtual tower named "Incinerator of Tirana". Who would stick their nose in and swallow it?
- Boll you - they said to the tiger, who lowered his jaw! Boll! Tigers are an honorable breed, they can't be fed garbage all the time!
The lion let out a snort, as much as his flooded mouth would allow. He paused for a moment while some acidic fumes left his brain, chewed slowly, sending a bunch of Navy property crashing into his stomach, and then he spoke:
- Big tiger! Peel off!
The tiger ran away with his tail in the saddle, but with the burning thought of revenge. He had the part. The hierarchy also dictated it, proportionality also dictated it, and the contribution as a worthy conductor of the progressive ideas of the last Renaissance of the Albanians.
And so, as a sign of revenge, with a file in his hands and his eyes swollen, from anger, the tiger knocked on the doors of some people.
- Thieves with boots! I have never seen anything like these in my life!
Complaining and swearing that all his life he had worked for the people, day, and especially night, and confessing as proof his reddened and swollen eyes, he held out to those who were willing, some letters that recounted the techniques and tricks of the last campaign of swallows, of that with virtual incinerators.
That was enough for the war to break out. The lion started chanting, time after time, place after place, the same refrain: "The traitor on the rope!"
Finally, fearing for his life, the tiger chose to take shelter under another kingdom.
This whole story, among the politicians/statesmen "Made in Albania", is completely similar to the stories of gangs of traffickers, robbers and ordinary murderers, who, one day, get into a fight with each other.
This is what happened, for example, with the Durrës Gang. The lion of the pack, in power and in the majority, one day, tore his teeth from his next prey and gave the tiger a crooked look. He had just learned that he had openly expressed his displeasure at parting with a substantial amount of zero flour.
Letting out a furious roar at the tiger, the lion chased him, along with the other rebels, from the herd. After parting, the two parties began to exchange glances, at first crooked, a little more hostile and... bam!
One day in February 2005, the lion ambushed and killed the tiger. The stories, again "Made in Albania", say that, at most, this is how the divisions between ordinary crime gangs started, accompanied by a series of murders between Vedi.
What is intriguing, from these cases, is the similarity between the stories of division and war between members of ordinary crime gangs and the division and war between members of state crime gangs.
It intrigues you, even though the two sides do not have any fundamental difference from each other. The final goal of both parties is the undeserved benefit up to the quick or instant enrichment, realized again illegally and at the expense of hacking others.
One can say that ordinary crime kills and waits to win, while politicians/statesmen accumulate piles of money through corruption, which is not the same thing.
But no. Corruption is also a criminal offense, which is punishable by up to 8 years of imprisonment and, being classified as such, automatically names the perpetrators as criminals.
So both parties, both ordinary Albanian crime and state crime, basically work in the same way. In other words, the lions and tigers of Albanian state corruption do not make any difference from the lions and tigers of ordinary crime.
Both sides have blood on their hands. Ordinaries - stained with the blood of their victims, often innocent, and state officials with the blood of a whole people, who have been struggling in vain for 3 decades, to raise their heads and see a white day for children, families and myself.
