The problem of Beler and Ksera, as two people facing crime in Albania, is a matter only between them and Berisha.
I don't know why Sali Berisha is so convinced that the Albanians who are in Greece and are supporters of the DP are all from Dropulli or Himara and supporters of Golden Dawn.
On several occasions, whenever he addresses DP supporters in Athens, whether in online meetings with them or today, the thing he explains from Albania is the arrest of Spiro Ksera for corruption and the arrest of Fredi Beleri for vote-rigging.
Albanians, including those who support the DP in Greece, do not seem to care about the troubles of Golden Dawn in Albania, as Beleri and Ksera do.
They have their own troubles in Greece, they have problems there with Golden Dawn, with their racism and often, even with their violence.
They support the DP because of their political affiliation, but not because of Berisha's alliance with Ksera and Beleri.
Moreover, this is not like the smallest of the Greek minority of Albania that lives in Greece. They don't even want to know about them. The majority of Dropulli votes for the SP, as does Himara.
So the problem of Beler and Ksera, as the two accused of crimes against order in Albania, is a matter only between those two and Berisha.
I'm not against Berisha worrying about Beleri. He can cry foul and make an alliance with him in the hope that Greece will become his ally, but that doesn't give him any Albanian votes in Greece. In Albania, no way. He can only remove him.
Berisha's misunderstanding that the 700,000 Albanians in Greece are suffering from their plight shows that Berisha considers the Albanian diaspora in Greece as a Greek minority of Albania, displaced in Athens and on their list of the plight of some Golden Dawn policies in Albania and the contribution they are making to Greece.
That is, he treats all members of the Omonia association and those of the DP supporters, whom he also treats as a section of the Omonia society. And all this only from the misunderstanding that he will start with the Greek one in the elections. Someone should tell him that those who will vote in Greece for the May 11 elections, even for the DP, will vote as Albanians who have fled to Greece and not as Greek mercenaries in Albania.
